How to export saved positions to Garmin connect?

On the Garmin Instinct I can save my current position by keeping the GPS button pressed. I can view these positions in the "Favorites" menu in navigation as well as on the map during an activity. But how can I export or edit these saved positions in Garmin connect (web or mobile application both)? Thanks for ideas!

I do not think you can see the saved positions in Garmin Connect, but you will find them on the phone app Garmin Explore, in the section Waypoints.

Another option is to use Garmin Basecamp (PC/Mac) based application that is compatible with the Instinct. Easy to view, edit, and catalog your waypoints/locations. Only downside is it's a wired application (need to have watch connected via USB).

Maybe try saving as a course. You can see & create courses on the web connect.

thanks i tried this solution . But it's to bad that garmin connect don't do that.

As a workaround you could use the lap button during the activity, to make the position visible on the activity map.
