Buttons dont work properly

When i press any buttons of my garmin instinct they dont work. Only the light switches on. I try to see the weather or heart rate, for example , and the only response is the light thst goes on.

its the update, go to 11.00 and wait for more stable version. I had same issue

Exact same thing started happening to me yesterday with Garmin Instinct. Hopefully it’s a software problem that can rectified.

Downgrade will reset your watch, so you won't gain anything. Rather install the v12.20 RC, it avoids having to redo all the configuration after the reset.
