Is there a way to disable "phone connected/disconnected" notifications?

Is there a way to disable "phone connected/disconnected" notifications feature ? It's useful sometimes but it can become a pita also. Thanks.

Yes, there is - on the watch turn the Alerts OFF in Settings » Phone
