Unknown Number

I have noticed recently the watch continuously displays a sequence of inconsistent numbers.

Followed by "Pairing Failed" screen.

This has started draining the battery significantly and I am unsure why the watch is doing this.

I haven't made any changes to the watch.

The numbers are shown roughly every 5min and everytime its different.

Anybody has similar problem or know why this is happening?

You have unpaired your phone and your watch or one of them did it because of a software error. The "inconsistent numbers" are the pairing codes displayed when they find each other again. All bluetooth…

You have unpaired your phone and your watch or one of them did it because of a software error. The "inconsistent numbers" are the pairing codes displayed when they find each other again. All bluetooth devices do that when pairing.

Open Garmin Connect and if you still see the watch there, remove it. Then add the watch again as you did when you bought it. It should work normally afterwards.
