GPS files on to Arcmap

Hi All,

I am trying to get my GPS waypoints and activities on to Arcmap. I am having a hard time doing this. I know I can import the .fit files into basecamp, but thats as far as I've gotten. The end goal is to use my waypoints to create a map of a walking survey.

Can some one give me more direction past "you can retrieve your points from connect"? I love this watch so far, but if I cant get the .fit files converted to usable files in arcmap, the thing is almost worthless to me!

I do not know ArcMap, but you could export your Activities from Garmin Connect Web in the GPX file format, and import them into ArcMap - GPX is one of the most common file formats for GPS related applications, so I would be surprised if ArcMap did not support it.
