Is it normal to receive a new Instinct that is already powered on ?

hi, I have received today my new Instinct, however when I peeled of the plastic peace from the glass I found that the watch is already powered on. The watch was on the language selection menu.
I would like to know if this something I have worry about or not ?

Be happy. I received my new Instinct (well, the third one, because I blocked it twice by bad course name and I discovered Master reset later, and authorized service apparently did not know the reset too) completely discharged, so I had to charge it first.

And I had no problem with change regardless the plastic from the glass was peeled off.
