Yes, Garmin integrated PulseOx sensors (among others) to Instinct, and sells it now as Instinct Solar, so if you are interested in PulseOx at Instinct, sell your old model, and buy the new one. It is not possibe to retrofit the old watch with the new hardware, if you meant that.
