Bug with step count and daylight savings

I’m experiencing the same. Additionally, sleep times are off by an hour. If I wake up at 7:30, the sleep stats will say I woke up at 8:30. So seems like a bug related to daylight savings giving it just started. 

Mine too, is Garmin going to address this bug?

I'm experiencing the same. Syncing time with GPS does not seem to resolve the problem.

The same bug is noticed, first time after the latest DST on Garmin Instinct which is 1.5 years old and did not noticed this problem for earlier DSTs.

I am currently having the same issue with my instinct. 

Me too.  Steps reset at 23:00 for me.  I also notice that while my watch 'seems' to sync, when I look at my profile=>about and scroll to the bottom it says that my Instinct last synced on Oct 29.  I also see no steps on any previous day in the Connect app and no activities since then either.   The watch is definitely not pushing data up to the Garmin app or cloud or whatever.
