Update 11.0 battery issue

Just updated my instinct to 11.0 yesterday (Tuesday) morning. By Tuesday night (10:30 ish) I had lost one bar of batter. This morning I went for a run (40 mins) and when I came back I had two bars of battery left. Nothing has changed in my usage in the last month or so (I only got the watch in August). 

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this just an update thing?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Same problem here. My battery at best lasts a day after the update. I used to get around a week and four or five workouts before it would need a charge. Glad to know it's not just me or there's a problem with my watch.

    I have the same exact issue. My battery used to last me a week. I've lost 2 bars in less than 2 days. Activity tracking, GPS, all turned off and I did a hard reset as well. No luck. Very upsetting because I love this watch for the main reason that the battery lasts quite long.

    Tried this and more. Did not help unfortunately.

  • It is certainly not a problem of the new firmware self, otherwise everyone would have the problems. More likely something went wrong during the update. Try installing the latest beta version, or downgrading to an older firmware, it could help sorting it out. If it does not, contact the Customer Support and ask for a replacement.

  • Hi, unfortunately I confirm that battery life has decreased since firmware version 11.00 was installed .... Only with daily heart rate monitoring did the battery drop one bar in one day .. I went back to version 9.20 and in the same conditions the battery lasts much longer !!! I hope that the problem will be solved as soon as possible !!!
