Watch on, but none of the sensors work

hi, my instinct is on, updated, but nothing works, the optical lights of the heart rate monitor never turn on, i tried resetting, updating, everything! pairing with a phone impossible, phone never finds the watch! its pretty new, never fell, nothing happened! any ideas would be appreciated

hi, it has the last one, updated yesterday! but ive try the diagnostic mode or test mode, and none of the sensors work! strange!!!

Is it official or beta?

official! did it with the garmin software on a mac! i think this has no solution! when i i turn on the hrm, doesnt work, compass doesnt work pair it with a phone, imposible!
