Greetings. I would like to ask for some help with the following as I've hit a wall and the functionality of my Instinct has been greatly diminished.
Sync was working great but after the latest firmware update I decided to do a soft rest per the recommendation of Garmin. After this, Sync through the Connect app is not working anymore. It stalls and then stops. It does not work even after pairing (which is completed successfully). Sync diagnostics report it is failing as well.
I have removed and re-installed Instinct through the app many times, switched off and back on both devices many times, removed and re-installed the App, deleted Instinct from my BT history, paired it through BT, but the problem persists.
My phone is a Xiaomi Android one.
Please help!
