Instinct battery ran out now won't pair.

After letting the battery run down completely (away from a charging source for too long) after re-charging the phone won't pair.

Connect sees the Instinct but no response from the watch. Thanks for ideas.

Make sure that BT is on, on your Instinct. Or try toggling it. If it does not help, try the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide

Thanks but no success.I have turned BT off and on- both phone and Instinct; turned Instinct off and back on.

The device shows on Garmin Express as connected and synced but there is no daily data for the four days since the battery ran out.

Try the master reset of the watch

This happens to me when memory is full, just clear activities history or delete old activities manually and the resync again. 16 mb of storage is ridiculous in 2020.
