Resolve a frozen Instinct

My Garmin Instinct suddenly crashed and only shows the Garmin logo screen

I’m able to soft reboot but can’t get past the logo screen

I’ve tried to connect to my Mac but the device is not recognized.

any suggestions?

Did you already try the master reset? Two different ways described here (for Fenix & Instinct):

https://youtu.be/P_AFXksXPPs . Do as in the video. I had the same thing more than once. Error in firmware. Personally, only this method helps me. Please, write off if this helped you.
