After connected with my phone (USB divece with samsung dex) I have only english.

I tried reset and update, but without change with languages setting (constantly only english)

it is possible to upload other languages?

Have a look on the folder //GARMIN/TEXT/ on the device, normally it includes all the language files. If they are there, then you should be abe to select any of them in the watch's settings.

You do not have Garmin Instinct? Could you post a screenshot of the folders on the device as viewed in File Explorer (or another file manager) when connected over USB to the computer?

I have Garmin Instinct.

But now I have not PC with Windows. I tried connect watch with my Phone over USB und there I don't see folder //GARMIN/TEXT/

Tommorow I can try it over laptop with Windows and I can make a screenshot.

problem solved

I think the problem was caused by incorrect connection of Garmin instinct with android via USB (Samsung DEX)

I installed garmin express and after connecting the watch, the missing languages were loaded
