Can I achieve the Deep Breathing badge on my Instinct?

Hi,

I'm having fun trying to collect the badges. One of them is Deep Breathing. I can't record it directly from my Instinct, but I have recorded the activity on connect.garmin.com but it won't grab the badge. Anyone have this issue or advise?

You have to record the activity on a Garmin device. Manually entered activites won't be awarded any badge. You can record the activity as Yoga on Instinct, and change to Breathwork later in Garmin Connect…

For how long did you do the yoga before you got the breathing badge?

Hi,

You can do as long as you want. I did it for like 5 minutes. You just have to make sure that once you record is as yoga with the watch, you changes it to breath on the site. Then I got it.
