Your Instinct System > Sounds menu is what will dictate you will receive for the Abnormal Heart Rate alert or Weather Alert etc.
Is heart rate alert a activity or what ? There is no function for heart rate to set only vibrate.
Abnormal heart rates are an alert. Which is why your System > Sounds menu of your watch dictate how you get alerted when outside of the thresholds you have set.
That does not work for me, all my sounds alerts are off but it will still make a sound when alerting me. I have a fenix 6.
