Duel hrm

I seem to be having trouble connecting my HRM (duel hrm) to my Samsung s9+. It's shows up in my paired devices but I am unable to connect to it.

Has anyone else had this issue? And if this is fixable?

You have to connect the HRM to the watch, not to the phone. Read the chapter Pairing Your Wireless Sensors in the Instinct User Manual
