Instinct HR

As of about a week ago my Instinct's HR stopped working. Reset the watch, power on off, updated firmware. Records HR during activity but is WAY off - like 50 BPM low. Does not register HR during daytime wearing. Try to get HR reading through Menu screen - goes through countdown and says to Check Watch Fit. Green LEDs on back do not light anymore. All settings for HR monitor are correct.

I am sorry your Instinct OHR sensor is not functioning correctly. Please review this Support Center article - The Heart Rate Sensor on My Watch Is Not Accurate. If the troubleshooting steps in the article does not resolve your issue, please use the Product Support contact information on the bottom of the page and reach out to us so we get your issue resolved or your Instinct warranty replaced.
