Instinct Return - No Garmin Contact

Has anyone bought and returned a Garmin recently?

I bought the Instinct Tactical but then returned it as I decided to buy the Fenix 6.

However the watch was received on the 24th and I have not had any emails from Garmin or indeed received the refund.

You can try sending them a private message over Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram - they have listed those links even on the Brittish website.

Did you check the Order/Return status on their support site?

If it does not help, go to the page Contact Us, on their support website, select your model, and you'll get a page with three buttons at the bottom: Chat, Call, or Email.

I am in the UK and unfortunately there are no contact options apart from telephone and that is currently down due to C19.

I am hoping they are just down to a skeleton staff at the moment and there are delays.

I don't know about the UK, but if it's anything like the US the staff has been reduced to bare minimums and essential personnel only. Those that may be there are probably overwhelmed with the work load. It's unfortunate you have to wait so long for a reply/refund, but it's understandable. Hopefully you'll hear something soon.
