Hi, when using the Garmin coach, I’m being told to “push the lap button” when doing intervals. Is there an Easy Way to explain how to do that amidst the training?

Usually it's 'Set' button (bottom right)

Correct also for Instinct, but by default the lap function of the button is disabled, so it works as BACK (ESC). You need to enable the lap button in the settings of the respective activity (on the watch). You can also define a Hot Key for the lap functionality (Menu » Setting » System » Hot Keys), which is especially welcome if you frequently use the SET (BACK) button to check screens and widgets external to the activity.
