Tabata Garmin training

Hello,

Is it possible to do Tabata training with Garmin instinct? I transferred a Tabata workout but i dis not find it on l'y Instinct.

Then I can move my Tabata workouts to the activities menuBravo Chris,

I just understand why my Tabata are in the "cardio" menu. You have solved my problem perfectly.

I will be glad to help. What was the origin of the workout? (Did you create it? Did you download it from somewhere? What type of file is it?) How did you transfer it to your Instinct?

Hello Chris,

I chose a training on Garmin connect and then I chose my instinct watch and clicked on the transfer link to the watch
