Is there a trick to install the beta software updates?

I have tried several times to install both 6.54 and 6.60 updates, but the watch does absolutely nothing. Nor can i get these updates to install on my instinct (regular, not tactical version) through the garmin express app on my computer.

I would really like to use the body battery and other features with these updates.

v6.60 is actually no beta, it is an official release, and you do not need to do anything else than connecting the watch with an USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express. What happens when you launch Express and check for the update?

Because you're using the APAC version, 6.20 is the latest.
