Quando uso la funzione nuoto in acque libere il segnale gps è attivo ma dopo poche bracciate non si aggiorna più la distanza e memorizza un percorso non corrispondente. ho già fatto hard reset ma niente.. Avete suggerimenti?
The GPS signal does not penetrate water, hence the watch has no chance to detect your position if the hand does not come up regularly. If you swim freestyle, where the hand stays above water for sufficient time, the GPS will usually work fine. You may select the option GPS+Glonass to increase the chance of getting the position easier. If you swim breaststroke, and need the GPS tracking, you have to put the watch for example under the cap.
Thanks for the reply. The problem is that after a few strokes, if I stop for a few seconds, the distance count does not resume, and when I finish the swim, a path that does not correspond to the truth is recorded.
Simply keep the hand with the watch above the surface, when you stop swimming. When submerged, the watch has no chance to get the GPS signal. Or, as I already suggested, keep the watch under your swimcap (if you use one).
