Delete activity after sync?

Sorry, I don't Understand how this is helpful at all.  Your links don't say anything about the activities being deleted on the instinct after synchronizing.   The watch just fills up with activities after a while and I have to manually delete all.

You do not have to. As the first document tells, when there is no space, old data files are being overwritten with new ones, so there is no need to delete them.

My first link states that you don't "have to" delete them as the watch won't "fill up". If it runs out of space, it will delete the oldest activites automaticly. Except for privacy concern, you perhaps want to do that, but you don't have to for some technical reasons. The watch won't run out of space like a computer or a smart phone will.

My second link gives you a possibility to delete all saved activities at once without the hassle to do it one by one. I gave you an additional possibility to manage your activity files because you stated "it would be great if I didn't have to go through and manually delete them". Sorry that I wanted to help.
Further, nothing on the web or offline will "say anything about the activities being deleted on the instinct after synchronizing" as there is so such option/possibility.

Last, please be more kind while you answer to people willing to help you online. 

Thanks for the explanation Sitronen, but what you say isn't quite true about it not being an issue for technical reasons.  The watch will no longer update it's software when it's full of activities, it just bombs out on the update process, with little to no information that it's full.  One of the main reasons I would like it to remove the older activities.

And that's why Sitronen posted the second link. As an alternative way, when updating the watch's firmware, you are likely already connected over the USB cable, hence you can also delete the activity files from the folder //GARMIN/Activities/ manually to free up some space, if there is not enough of it.

Thanks trux, but I understand how to delete them all manually.  My original question was about if there is a way to have them delete after synchronizing.  If there is not, then I will just move on.
