Costumized training - Garmin Instinct

Hi. I created a training in the App. Garmin Connect and I insterted it in the activity "Personalizza" (in italian, in english I think is named costum) but I cannot find this training in the clock. In which activity is placed this type of training?

I have just tested it on my Instinct. The "Custom" type of Workout will appear in the Training menu of any activity of the type "Custom". By default there is none, so you have to create one on the watch, from the scratch. By accident I already had a custom activity on my watch. So I selected it in the activity list (pressing the GPS button and scrolling to it), I long-pressed the Menu button (middle left), scrolled to Training » My Workouts » and there I found my custom workout.

Actually, I was wrong, there are already several activities of the type "Custom" on Instinct. For example Floor Climbing, and most of other ones, not fitting under the main types like running, biking, swimming, strength. You can add them to your activity list with the help of the last option "Add", at the bottom of the Activity list (after pressing the GPS button)
