Does anybody use Stryd with their Instinct?

I am aware that the Instinct does not support power. However I believe that it will still get pace and distance from Stryd. A few questions for anybody that has tried this:

Is the distance/pace data reported in Garmin Connect from Stryd or from GPS? What about in Strava?

Is there an easy way to later review (online) the combined Stryd power data and GPS data in the same place, by syncing from Garmin to Stryd's Power Center, or the reverse?

I´m testing it. Stryd set a foot pod, pace and distance always provided by the pod, calibration factor migrated from my 245. The first run made me confident in the setup.

But AFAIK there´s no easy…

But AFAIK there´s no easy way to merge both FIT/GPX files.

Not sure if it will work for this use case but check out the Gotoes utilities for Strava and Garmin at https://gotoes.org/strava/index.php - they have a "combine FIT, GPX, TCX files" utility, among others.

Do your Stryd power data and Garmin GPS/heart rate data both show up there? Are they merged?

All the data the Stryd provides will appear in Garmin Connect. Your HR and GPS track will appear in Stryd's PowerCenter.
