sleep tracking not working how to fix?

Hi guys

sleep tracking is not working in my g instict. I have set the cardio on , i wear the watch while sleeping ..but nothing of my sleep is being recorded ..any suggestion ?? instict is updated , and i've already tried to reinstall connect app

Paired with a phone and the connect app?

Mine works ok, but I'm not convinced it's accurate. I was watching TV in bed last night and the next day the app thought I was in deep sleep at that time. I must have been sitting very still!

yes it is connected and paired ....what have you set to make instinct track sleep?

ok i fixed it ..i hadn't accepted the privacy statement therefore instict was not recording stuff lol

I have instinct and a Venu. The sleep tracking always works on venu but now it has stoped worked on my instinct and I do not know why?

Use as preferred tracker in the settings seams to be the solution.
