This happens to me occasionally and wanted to see if anyone else had experienced or knew a fix. Maybe once a week my Instinct will crash during an activity. When it does this, it can no longer sync the heart rate data from the previous sync to the time of the crash. I can see the data on my watch, but it simply does not sync with the connect app on my phone. Activities and other events seem to sync; it only affects the heart rate data. Any thoughts? Thanks!
