Instinct Garmin Instinct Weather Not Updating

Garmin Instinct v5.5 + iPhone iOS 13 + Garmin Connect V4.24

I have enabled the location in iOS to always for the Garmin app. Weather is not updating. Any ideas or recommendations?

I have a same problem ever since my iPhone updated to recent version.
