I don’t think so. Tactical has different layouts for watch face and different software features. The hardware looks to be identical but different software. I’ve asked this in the past because I would like the tactical clock layout.
I think both instincts has the same firmware. Depends on the serial number o some inner watch info, than the watch acts as the "tactical" version or not. Probably they never will made an upgrade for de regular instinc to has same capabilities than the "tactical" edition, cause they will lose the add value of the tactical edition.
Maybe we can pray to get some basic improvement, like has sunset and sunrise info at same time on the main screen.

You can have it on standard Instinct - go to Menu » Settings » Watch Face » enter » Customize » repeat enter until the two bottom fields, set the left to the sunrise info, and then the right one to the sunset info. Other posibilites of placing the sunrise/sunset info may be available too, but I did not test them.
Alternatively add the Sunrise/Sunset widget, and add it also to the quick menu, or configure a hotkey for it - it will be easily accessibe in a much more readable and a more detailed form.
Hi friend, Yes, of course I have the Surise/Sunset witget running, but I cannot set the both info on the customization menu. Maybe is my FW version (6.10), but it swaps automatic on a only one data field: beyond the sunset it shows the sunrise time, and when the sun is hi it shows the sunset time. Thanks!
