Confused about the general operation.... good tutorials?

are there better tutorials that someone could recommend?

I did just get the watch and am trying to get the most out of it (and the great outdoors)

Well for one there seems to be a s ton of icons and I am not sure what they all mean.....

Second is the activities and how to stop or pause the gps ..... and all those activities in general.

Thanks for the replies i am half way through the video but needed a break.....love the watch thus far.

Well for one

You asked "are there better tutorials?". That implies that you're using some sort of tutorial now. No one can answer your question without knowing what you're currently using.
