I added a half marathon coaching plan into my Garmin Instinct. Initially, the plan synced well and when I started my run, it had my coaching plan run ready to go. However, lately, the sync does not seem to happen. I've picked a workout and sent to my watch and manually synced but the workout did not seem to get added when I started my run. Are there any issues with syncing workouts with the Instinct?
