I tried to download the latest update to my watch, but it didn't have enough space. I wonder if the activies, records and totals and everything remains stored in Garmin Connect even though I delete them on the watch? How will I otherwise be able to download the latest update?
yes, if you have synchronized it, you can delete the activities of the instinct and they remain in garmin connect.
You can see the records on Garmin Connect on the web, not on the mobile app.
In Garmin connect they don't exist. Only on the watch. If you only delete the activities, the records and totals are not deleted. Records and totals are only deleted if you reset them.
