Altimeter Graph Problem

Hi,

My watch said 319 meters and when I got back on the ground the graph told me that I only reached 295 meters. Why is this?

Yes I did.

It was pretty hot and sunny and a little windy, but not much. There were a few clouds and I was paragliding.
