I have carried out couple of tracked Cardio and Running activities is last two days.
But, my intensity minutes, diesnt add up. It was struck at 30 mins.
Can you please tell me, if there is a setting that I can rest.

Intensity minutes is a useful guide, but not a definitive fitness metric.
Your device offers two methods for calculating intensity minutes:
This is the default intensity minutes calculation used by Garmin. It’s derived by comparing your heart rate during activity to your average resting heart rate.
You can have greater control over how intensity minutes are calculated by adjusting which heart rate zones (1-5) are considered moderate or vigorous intensity. The moderate heart rate zones must be lower than the vigorous heart rate zones.
For additional customization, you can modify specific heart rate zones in User Settings.
