Ultratrac GPS Problem in Mountains

Hi,

I recently trekked in Norwegian mountains usign Ultratrac mode.

The Strart was really good. But, approaching towards end, the GPS co-ordinates started jumping around. Is it normal?

This is know problem, the only solution is use gps which drain battery faster, here is mine ultratrac experience https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/3120450050

Ah, this is dissapointing. Is it possbiel to use both GPS + GALILEO in ultratrac mode?

Thats perfectly normal. Wish they would also augment Ultratrac with Galileo or Glonass to avoid this issue.

I had the exact same problem. I looked at your activity and it was the exact same hike!

Mine zig-zagged all over the place for the first ~6km and last ~6km. In the end it said I went 38km and 1700m climbing when it was only about 28km and 900m elevation.
