Nope. Your watch gets the weather data from some weather data provider through Connect on your phone, if data are not accurate you can't do much about it.

It’s based on the cell towers that your phone connects to, so GC is just the “middle man” so to speak.

I have the same wind related issues. The wind direction is wrong most of the time.

Yes the watch gets the information from the phone that gets the data from some weather provider, but if all location services is enabled and data connection is available, and the app has all the privileges it requires and the watch is connected to the phone and the data is still incorrect - then Garmin has to sort out where Connect gets the data from.

The problem might not be with the watch, but it is with them or where they get the data from and it is for them to fix it.

Do not stop complaining about this. Hopefully if enough people complain they will do something about it.

I thing weather widget shows wind direction where wind goes to.. Not the direction where wind comes from.. Why I think this way is because whenever I compare direction on widget and real wind direction it seem like they are opposite apart from little differences..

Cell towers aren't weather stations. They aren't providing weather data. Saying "based on the cell tower" is meaningless. What would "based on" even mean?

For location ...
