After 3.53 beta update the watch doesn't work

Downloaded the 3.53 beta. After update was done the watch gets stuck for hours in the GARMIN logo screen when I switch it on.

If you have an APAC (Asia-Pacific) version of the Instinct, the beta software is not compatible.

If you do not have an APAC version of the Instinct, you should use Garmin Express to update to general release…

If you have an APAC (Asia-Pacific) version of the Instinct, the beta software is not compatible.

If you do not have an APAC version of the Instinct, you should use Garmin Express to update to general release software version 4.00. If 4.00 does not show up as available in Garmin Express, you might be able to load it using WebUpdater software available on the Garmin site.

If your watch is truly bricked, you should contact Garmin Technical Support in your area.
