Widgets in Garmin Connect

When I use Gamin Connect, I go to Device->Appearance->Widgets. The Widgets take some times to load, and then, I get a display,'Device Communication Error.' Is it not capable with Instinct?

The Instinct is not Connect IQ capable. That means it is not possible to add widgets, Apps, Watch faces, etc. to the Instinct.
