Upgrading Beta manually. Instinct memory full. What files should I erase ?

Upgrading the beta manually I got a message about the memory of my Instinct being full.

I have erased some languages folders on the two last beta to create space.

But is there any other files I should erase to make some space ?

Hi Nemo!, I guess you could use Basecamp (through USB) or Garmin Explore App (mobile) to backup all your activities, POI's, tracks, etc.
Once backed up you could erase everything from the watch and proceed with the update.
After the update is applied you can restore whatever info you want from the backup.
