My instinct was giving alerts off whilst I was sleeping

So I have a alarm set on my instinct for 6:00am for every day. this morning around 7/8am my watch kept vibrating and making a alert noise. When i looked at my watch it had a X in the circle and in the bottom left it had "zz" I have no idea what it is and this is the first time it has happened to me. I have turned on do not disturb in sleep. Is it possible I accidentally pressed snooze on my watch this morning and that's why it continued to go off every 15mins or so?

Well I'm not sure exactly what you have going on there, so I'll just go over what I do know.

The X in the window and ZZ mean as you suspected an alarm was going off. The X is near the top right button (Enter/GPS button) which cancels the alarm. ZZ is "snooze" and is near the Down/ABC button which snoozes the alarm if pressed. Snooze on the Instinct is 9 or 10 minutes I believe.

An alarm will still trigger even during Do not disturb / sleep, which is a good thing considering I have one set to wake me up every morning. Do not disturb/Sleep time is set up in one of the menus, and possibly you can do it through the Connect App as well I think. Do not disturb will suppress incoming alerts from your phone, like Emails, phone calls, texts, and so on. So the way mine is set up, I get alerts throughout the day, but at night my Instinct shuts up.

What I suspect may be going on is you somehow accidentally set up an alarm for an unexpected time. If it's not set to repeat it shoulden't happen again but will remain a pre-set time in the Alarm screen.
