Hey. Does anyone know how to get the Instinct to display am or pm on the main screen?
I really don't like using 24 hour time.

Dont have an instinct. But I would check under settings for the unit in the connect app.

There is no way to display am/pm. This is the same on all Garmin built in watches as far as I know.

You can change to 12 hour format but don't think this displays am/pm. Settings, system, time, format.
