ABC Screen Explanation?

Can someone please explain what the little arrow on the ABC screen means?

Is there some resource somewhere where we can find information on all the data fields on the widgets?

Have you checked dcrainmaker DC Rainmaker, "Garmin Instinct Review: Everything you need to know." Guess if it's not there, you don't need to know it. ;)

OK, could be the barometer, but what does it mean to me? Does it point upwards and downwards as pressure rises or falls?
