Backlight with Gesture: how to change hand

While setting up my new instinct, I mistakenly chose the wrong hand (RIGHT) while setting up backlight with gesture (Menu/Settings/System/Backlight) I've gone back and disabled backlight for "During Acivity" and "Not During Activity", then re-enabled again, but I can never get the prompt back to choose the hand my watch is on (LEFT)
Anyone else have this issue?

Check that DO NOT DISTURB is off. I wish the backlight worked during do not disturb mode or at least the option to turn it on.

First, update to 2.80. Second, check to see if BL gesture is enabled for “During Activity” or “Not During Activity”. As Rand said, also check to ensure that your DND is not enabled while testing.

Perfect. Just got it this morning - had the exact issue.
