Instinct / HRM3 / Garmin Connect

This is the first activity tracker I've used and I'm very happy with it, but have had an issue. I've been using the Instinct together with a Garmin HRM3 strap; twice over the last week I've run into a situation where it appears that the HR logged while using the HRM does not get synchronized with Garmin Connect. The HR is logged and displayed on the Instinct and I can view it in the 4-hr history plot, and intensity minutes appear to be recorded accurately, but when I synchronize with Garmin Connect, the HR for the time periods where I was using the HRM monitor don't seem to make it over to Garmin Connect. The activities w/ details and intensity minutes are transferred, but there's a large gap in the HR plots for that period of time. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Is there a way to see if the data was corrupted, and if so force a transfer? Thanks!

    FWIW, this occurred again this morning. I tried forcing a re-sync from the watch multiple times, and the heart rate collected by the HRM3 strap did not get pushed to the phone, although I could see the data on my watch. However … I decided to turn the watch off-and-on again, and once it reconnected to the phone *all* the heart rate data transferred successfully. I hope someone else finds that useful!
