Does the instinct support rep counting during strength training like the VA3?

Found on the Garmin Instinct Manual (online) under data fields:

"Reps During a strength training activity, the number of repetitions in a workout set."

Thanks, I noticed it in the appendix, and assume it must be relevant to this device.

This might be a nice replacement for my VA3 in the future, as I like the rugged build and open water feature.
