Garmin Instinct Crossover Solar - battery life

I bought a 6-month old Garmin Instinct Crossover Solar. When I first got it, a full charge would give me 28 days of use. Now, it provides me with only 22 days of use at full charge. What has happened?

The consumption as well as the estimate depends on the usage, selected options, and installed extensions or watchfaces.

Yet, I’ve installed no extensions or watchfaces, and have limited my use to swimming only while ceasing tracking of Yoga and Walking.
