How to downgrade?

I had instinct 1 solar at firmware 19.10.

I downloaded some old firmware, and copied to Garmin folder. But after unplug the cable. Nothing happened. How can I downgraded? UK market.

If nothing happened, then you do not have firmware compatible with your model. You'll need to find one made exactly for the model you have (i.e. solar versus standard). And if it is an APAC model, you need an APAC version of the firmware.
