I have an instinct solar. Over the weekend starting Friday I am doing my gold DofE. Which setting will be best to track my course . Just needed some advise thanks

Maybe you should explain what exactly you expect from the watch to do, and for how long. And you should also tell us which model exactly you have. Is it really Instinct Solar 1st generation?
