My garmin solar instinct keeps turning off randomly

The last few weeks my garmin solar instinct has been turning off randomly I have done a reset and it hasn't fixed the problem.

    I have this problem that my Garmin turned off before I got to my destination.

    Hello, I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. There are a few steps you can try. 

    • Ensure the watch is on the latest SW version 19.10 using Garmin Express. 
    • Some who have experienced this have reported that disabling the vibrations. We recommend trying this. 
    • You mentioned trying a reset. If you have not already, I would recommend a factory reset using these steps: 
    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold CONTROLfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold SET and GPS.
    3. Press CONTROL to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release GPS.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.

    If there is no change, I would recommend contacting Garmin Product Support.
